I traveled solo to Monterrey from the US and had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly kind and the room was clea. The hotel is quiet and the restaurant is great too.

Most of the staff were friendly and respectful, it is located in a very safe zone of the city, the room was spacious, had a bathtub and the bed was really comfortable.
